Braid Anderson
At Madras from 1952 until 1957 Braid is currently located in Lae, Papua New Guinea On leaving school I spent a year as a navigating cadet in the Merchant navy, followed by 3 years as an Artillery Surveyor and Sound ranger in the Army. Along the way I collected diplomas in Business Admin and Highway Engineering. Served my civil engineering apprenticeship with Wm Briggs & Sons in Forres. Emigrated to Australia in 1966, and since then Project manager on major construction projects in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and PNG. Now run my own construction management company in PNG. Write books in my 'spare' time. |
